Sloppy support

Sloppy is published by magara corp. For support, bug reports and privacy/deletion requests, email magara-corp@proton.me.

Getting started

  1. Open the Sloppy toolbar popup on a public HTTP(S) page.
  2. Read the disclosure and choose “Check community reports.”
  3. Choose Domain, Page or use “Pick content on this page”; choose Slop, Not slop or Unsure, add optional labels and submit.
  4. Open Settings to choose local warnings, blocking, reversible hiding or automatic checks. These features start off and require optional website access.

Understanding results

Community reports express judgments, not proven AI origin. A low sample stays unrated. Unsure reports do not enter the yes/no ratio. Installation counts are not verified people. Content matching on dynamic pages is best-effort.

Recovery and deletion

Offline votes show as pending; use Retry or Discard when appropriate. Cached/stale results are labeled. Warning/block screens offer Continue once, Always allow and Go back; hidden content has Reveal. Use the popup to remove an individual report or Settings → “Delete server reports and clear local data” to delete this installation’s server reports first. Failed deletion preserves retry data. Uninstalling first can orphan reports.

Contact safely

Include the Sloppy version, browser version, what happened and whether the API was reachable. Screenshots should omit private pages and personal information. Do not send passwords, cookies, installation credentials, backup keys or database dumps. We may be unable to recover ownership of legacy UUID-only or orphaned reports without independent evidence.

Read the privacy policy for transmitted data, provider logs and backup retention.
